Masters Broker Group has officially been named a National Finalist in the 2026 MFAA Excellence Awards for the Mentor Program Award category.
This recognition means a great deal to us, not because of the accolade itself, but because of what it represents.
From the beginning, our mission has been clear: help new and growing brokers build sustainable, ethical and successful businesses within the Australian mortgage industry. Our Mentor Program was created to provide more than just technical training. It was designed to give brokers real guidance, practical support, accountability and confidence throughout every stage of their journey.
To be recognised nationally by the MFAA is an honour, and a reflection of the incredible brokers, mentors and support team who continue to grow, contribute and support one another every day.
We believe great brokers are built through consistency, learning, community and a commitment to continual improvement. This finalist recognition reinforces the importance of investing in the next generation of brokers and creating an environment where people can genuinely thrive.
