When Mario Borg entered the mortgage broking industry in 2004, he didn't anticipate that he would establish two successful brokerages, hit the $1 billion settlement milestone and become a broker success coach.
Mario has impeccable formal credentials with a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Diplomas in Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking and Real Estate.
Mario Borg is a Mortgage Broker Success Coach who has been recognised as one of Australia’s top Mortgage Brokers having been listed on the MPA Top 100 prestige leaderboard for 12 years running. Mario attributes his broking success to helping his clients get ahead financially, by providing strategic finance advice, and by helping them understand the need to ensure their quality of living can be sustained when their earning capacity is past its peak.

You'll be expected to submit mortgage applications from the very start of the program. Our philosophy is getting your business operational as fast as possible. Most members are processing their first loans within weeks, not months. We push you to perform because that's how you learn and earn quickly.
Absolutely! In line with MFAA and FBAA requirements, all new brokers receive certified mentoring for the mandatory 2-year period. However, our commitment extends far beyond regulatory minimums - you'll have ongoing access to mentoring support, business coaching, and our community of successful brokers throughout your entire journey with us.
We offer industry-leading commissions starting at 92% upfront and 92% trail - significantly higher than most aggregators. What sets us apart further is our performance-based tier system: achieve $20m in settlements over any consecutive 12-month period and your commission increases to 95/95. Reach $40m in settlements over any consecutive 12-month period and you'll move to our top tier of 97/97. Once you've earned a higher tier, you maintain those rates permanently regardless of future settlement volumes.
This isn't a casual course - you'll be pushed to reach your potential. The workshops are intensive, combining technical training with real-world application. You'll work on actual loan scenarios, receive business coaching, and be expected to actively build your pipeline from day one. We're looking for people serious about success.
